无缝成衣碳中和染色工艺创新

摘要 现有无缝成衣染色设备基本有两种:一种是立式边桨成衣染色机,另一种是滚动式成衣染色机,染色的浴比较大,即1:8~1:20,因此无缝成衣染色耗水、耗汽、耗电,不适合目前碳排放要求。文中介绍无缝成衣染色创新工艺,结合特定的染色设备,经过浸泡染液→脱水一→汽蒸染色固色一→水洗一→后处理来实现颜色上染和固色,采用低浴比染液浸泡,浸泡液重复回用技术,蒸汽直接染色和固色,染色过程零浴比、零排放,水洗及后处理浴比1:5,整个染色过程用汽少,用时短,实现了节时、节水、节能、减排、减碳的目的。该研究对目前现碳达峰、碳中和有着非常重要的意义。 The existing seamless garment dyeing equipment is basically two:one is vertical edge pulp garment dyeing machine,the other is rolling garment dyeing machine,dyeing bath is relatively large,that is 1:8~l:20,so seamless garment dyeing water consumption,steam consumption,power consumption,are not suitable for the current carbon emission requirements.This paper introduces seamless garment dyeing innovation technology,combined with specific dyeing equipment,after soaking dyeing,liquid dehydration,steam dyeing and fixation,washing,post-treatment to achieve dyeing and fixation,using low bath than dye liquid immersion,soaking liquid repeated reuse technology,steam direct dyeing and fixation,dyeing process of zero bath ratio,zero emissions,washing and processing bath with 1:5,the whole dyeing process with less steam,short time,realize the purpose of time saving,water saving,energy saving,emission reduction,carbon reduction.It is of great significance to realize the carbon peak and carbon neutrality.
