硫代磷酸酯在高温链条油中的应用

摘要 高温下链条油极易被氧化,并在链条上形成大量的沉积物,不易清理。硫代磷酸酯可以使沉积物变得疏松,更容易把沉积物从金属表面上清除掉,但应用在高温链条油中尚未见报道。为了解决高温链条油的沉积物问题,在现有的高温链条油中添加了2.51%的硫代磷酸酯,得到的高温链条油的结焦量下降了约98.3%,改善了高温链条油的结焦性能,达到了进口高温链条油的水平,同时使用效果良好,具有较好的性价比。 At elevated-temperature,chain oil is easy to be oxidized and form a large amount of sediment on the chain,which is not easy to clean up.Thiophosphate ester can loosen the deposits and more easily remove deposits from metal surfaces,but its application in elevated-temperature chain oils has not been reported.In order to solve the sediment problem of elevated-temperature chain oil,2.51%thiophosphate ester was added to the existing elevated-temperature chain oil,and the coking capacity of the obtained elevated-temperature chain oil was reduced by 98.3%,which improved the coking capacity of elevated-temperature chain oil and reached the level of imported elevated-temperature chain oil.At the same time,the use effect was good,with good costperformance ratio.
