摘要
教师教学实践理性是作为教学实践主体的教师,在特定教学情境下遵循教学的价值原则、教学规律与教学规范,并借助一定方法进行教学实践活动,进而实现教学目的的主体性能力,致力于教师的专业发展与教学质量的不断提升。教师教学实践理性的特点表现为具身性与离身性、内隐性与外化性、无限性与有限性的有机统一,主要表征为教师遵循“人是目的”的价值取向、主体自由的内在尺度、教学规律的对象限度、教学推理的方法维度以及教学正义的伦理向度。
Teaching practical rationality of teachers refers to the subjective ability of teachers,as the main body of teaching practice who are in a specific teaching situation,following the teaching value principles,teaching rules and teaching norms,and carry out teaching practice activities with the help of certain methods to realize the subjective ability of teaching purposes.It is committed to the professional development of teachers and the continuous improvement of teaching quality.The characteristics of teaching practice rationality of teachers are embodied and detached,implicit and externalized,infinite and limited.It is mainly characterized in five aspects:teachers follow the value orientation of“Human being is end”,the internal scale of subject freedom,the object limit of teaching law,the methodological dimension of teaching reasoning and the ethical dimension of teaching justice.
