多元共治视角下老旧社区治理模式探究

Study on the governance model of the old communtiy from the perspective of pluralistic co-governance

老旧社区治理是社会治理中亟待解决的难题,在多元共治理论视角下,基于N社区的治理实践,构建党建引领多元主体参与的老旧社区协同治理模式。协同治理模式的运行逻辑在于通过党建引领吸纳社会力量,形成“方向指引、调和利益、整合资源、提升能力”的多向动力路径,共同推动老旧社区有效治理,为老旧社区治理的转型升级、破解老旧社区治理难题提供新的视角。

The governance of old communities is a difficult problem to be solved urgently in social governance.From the perspective of pluralistic co-governance theory,based on the governance practice of N communities,the collaborative governance model of old communities led by party building and the participation of multiple subjects is constructed.The operational logic of the collaborative governance model lies in absorbing social forces through the guidance of party building,forming a multi-directional dynamic path of"direction guidance,harmonizing interests,integrating resources,and improving capabilities",jointly promoting the effective governance of the old communities,providing a new perspective for the transformation and upgrading of the governance of the old communities and solving the governance problems of the old communities.
