环状RNA PIP5K1A在肿瘤中的研究进展

摘要 环状RNA(circRNA)是真核生物前体信使RNA(mRNA)的封闭后剪接产物。与线性RNA相比,circRNA具有特殊的结构和稳定的表达。circRNA作为一大类主要的非编码RNA分子出现,通过充当蛋白质海绵、自身翻译或调节蛋白质翻译后修饰发挥着引人注目的生物学作用。重要的是,circRNA在多种癌症中异常表达,在肿瘤发生发展过程中发挥着不可缺少的致癌或抑瘤作用。最近研究发现一种新型circRNA PIP5K1A(circPIP5K1A)在多种肿瘤组织中与邻近组织相比高度过表达,提示其在肿瘤发生发展中的作用。本文总结circPIP5K1A参与肿瘤进展最近的支持证据,并讨论其在不同肿瘤中的作用机制,探讨circPIP5K1A作为肿瘤诊断、预后和预测生物标志物的可能性。 Circular RNA(circRNA)is a closed splicing product of eukaryotic precursor messenger RNA(mRNA).Compared with linear RNA,circRNA has a unique structure and stable expression.circRNA,as a major class of non-coding RNA molecule,has played a remarkable biological role in acting as a protein sponge,self-translation or regulating the post-translational modification of protein.Importantly,circRNA is abnormally expressed in various cancers and plays an indispensable carcinogenic or anti-tumor role in the occurrence and development of tumors.Recently,research has shown that a novel circRNA PIP5K1A(circPIP5K1A)is highly overexpressed in various tumor tissues compared to adjacent tissues,indicating its role in tumor occurrence and development.This article summarized the recent supporting evidence for the involvement of circPIP5K1A in tumor progression,discussed its mechanisms of action in different tumors,and explored the possibility of circPIP5K1A as a biomarker for tumor diagnosis,prognosis,and prediction.
