新型培养模式下高职护理急危重症特色方向教学效果评价

Evaluation of teaching effect of specialty direction of emergency and critical nursing in higher vocational colleges under the new training mode

目的 评价新型培养模式下高职护理急危重症特色方向教学效果。方法 选取运城护理职业学院2020级和2021级护理专业(急危重症特色方向)学生,各100名,分别作为对照组和试验组,对照组按照传统培养模式,试验组按照“厚基础强素养精方向”新型人才培养模式,对两组学生的知识和能力考核、学生参加急救技能大赛和红十字急救员证书考核、学生对教学效果评价三项指标进行比较。结果 试验组学生知识和能力考核明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组学生参加急救技能大赛和红十字急救员证书考核填补了对照组在这方面的空白;试验组学生对教学效果评价分数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 新型培养模式下高职护理急危重症特色方向教学效果取得了更好的成绩,值得实施和推广。

Objective To evaluate the teaching effect of specialty direction of emergency and critical nursing in higher vocational colleges under the new training mode.Methods Nursing majors of Grade 2020 and Grade 2021 in Yuncheng Vocational Nursing College(specialty direction of emergency and critical nursing)were selected as the control group and the experimental group,respectively,with 100 students in each group.The control group was trained in the traditional mode,while the experimental group was trained in the new mode of"strengthening the foundation,enhancing the professional quality and specializing in the specialty direction".The three indicators were then compared between the two groups:students’knowledge and competence,their performance in the first aid skills competition and the Red Cross first aider certification test,and their evaluation on the teaching effect.Results Students in the experimental group had significantly better knowledge and competence assessments than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The achievements of the students in the experimental group in the first aid skills competition and the Red Cross first aider certificate also filled a gap in this area for the students in the control group.Meanwhile,students in the experimental group rated higher teaching effect scores than the control group,and the difference was statis tically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching effect of the new training mode in the specialty direction of emergency and critical nursing in higher vocational colleges achieves better results.Therefore,this method is worth implementing and promoting.
