吞咽功能训练联合呼吸干预对早产儿吞咽功能及短期体格发育的影响

The effects of swallowing training combined with respiratory intervention on swallowing function and short-term physical development in premature infants

目的 探讨吞咽功能训练联合呼吸干预对早产儿吞咽功能及短期体格发育的影响。方法 采取随机数表法将苏州市第九人民医院2020年2月至2022年1月收治的早产儿110例分为对照组和观察组,每组各55例,对照组给予常规系统保健与幼儿指导,观察组在其基础上加用吞咽功能训练联合呼吸干预,比较两组早产儿的胃管留置时间、完全经口喂养所需时间、住院时间、喂养效率及摄取奶量比值、随访12个月的体格发育情况。结果 观察组与对照组相比胃管留置时间、完全经口喂养所需时间、住院时间均较短,喂养效率、摄奶量比值较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组相比月龄3、6、12个月的体重、身长值均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 早产儿行吞咽功能训练联合呼吸干预的应用能够有效地促进提高其喂养效果,且短期体格发育较好。

Objective To investigate the effects of swallowing function training combined with respiratory intervention on swallowing function and short-term physical development in premature infants.Methods A total of 110 premature infants admitted to the Suzhou Ninth People’s Hospital from February 2020 to January 2022 were divided into the control group and the observation group of 55 cases each by the random number table method.The control group was given routine systematic care and early childhood instruction,while the observation group was given additional swallowing function training combined with respiratory intervention.The indwelling time of gastric tube,time required for complete oral feeding,length of hospital stay,feeding efficiency,milk intake ratio,and physical development at 12 months of follow-up were compared between the two groups of premature babies.Results Compared to the control group,the observation group had a shorter indwelling time of the gastric tube,the time required for complete oral feeding and hospital stay,and a higher feeding efficiency and milk intake ratio,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Infants in the experimental group had higher weight and length values at 3 months,6 months and 12 months of age compared to the control group at the same time,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of swallowing training combined with respiratory intervention in premature babies is effective in improving their feeding efficiency and short-term physical deve lopment.
