基于《医学衷中参西录》浅述张锡纯茯苓用药经验

ZHANG Xichun's medication experience in Poria:Based on the Records of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine in Combination

目的基于《医学衷中参西录》浅述张锡纯茯苓用药经验。方法运用SPSS 22.0软件对《医学衷中参西录》中含“茯苓”的验案方剂进行性味、归经、功效分类等分析,并使用中医传承辅助平台v2.5软件对药物进行关联规则分析,得出茯苓常用配伍药物。结果共纳入方剂23首,共含中药63味;共涉及15类病症,包括阴虚痨瘵、虚劳喘嗽门、女子消渴、痰饮证、吐衄证、惊悸不眠、下痢、癃闭、慢脾风等。药性配伍中频率最高的为温性药;药味配伍中频率最高的为甘味药;归经配伍频率最高的为脾经药;功效分类配伍中频率最高的为补虚药。关联规则分析得出,张锡纯使用茯苓常与山药、白芍、熟地黄、甘草、人参、附子、白术、龙眼肉、龙骨、赭石、半夏、干姜配伍。结论张锡纯善用茯苓淡渗利湿,化痰行水,健脾宁心,引药下行,敛津止汗,培土生金,大剂量平冲降逆,小剂量防止伤阴。

Objective To analyze ZHANG Xichun's medication experience in Poria based on the Records of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine in Combination.Methods In the Records of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine in Combination,SPSS 22.0 software was used to analyze the medicine's nature,flavor,meridian tropism and efficacy classification of the prescription containing Poria.The association rules of drugs were analyzed by using TCM inheritance support platform software v2.5 to get the commonly used compatibility drugs of Poria.Results A total of 23 prescriptions were included,including 63 Chinese herbs,and 15 diseases,such as Yin deficiency and tuberculosis,deficiency and exhaustion asthma,female diabetes,phlegmatic retention,blood syndrome,palpitation insomnia,dysentery,uroschesis,chronic infantile convulsion and so on.The highest frequency of nature was warm medicine,the highest frequency of flavor was sweet medicine,the highest frequency of meridian compatibility was spleen meridian,and the highest frequency of efficacy classification was tonic medicine.Correlation analysis showed that ZHANG Xichun often combined Poria with Chinese yam,Baishao,Shudihuang,Gancao,Renshen,Fuzi,Baizhu,Longyanrou,Longgu,Zheshi,Banxia,Ganjiang.Conclusion ZHANG Xichun experienced use Poria to light infiltration and relieve dampness,dissipate phlegm and promote diuresis,strengthen the spleen and calm the heart,induce drugs to move down,astringe saliva and stop perspiration,cultivate spleen Qi and generate lung Qi,level flush and reduce adverse reactions in large doses,and prevent yin injury in small doses.
