“左升右降针法”对腹部术后胃肠功能的影响

Effect of Left Rising-Right Falling Point Selection method of Acupuncture on Gastrointestinal Function in patients with Abdominal Operation

目的:探究“左升右降针法”治疗腹部术后胃肠功能紊乱的效果。方法:选取行腹部手术的患者90例为研究对象,随机分为对照组、甲组、乙组各30例。对照组采用常规对症治疗,甲组采用“左升右降针法”治疗,乙组采用传统针刺方法治疗。比较治疗后三组患者的临床疗效、炎性因子水平、胃肠功能恢复时间。结果:三组治疗后腹胀评分、腹痛评分、I-FEED评分与白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平均明显降低(P<0.05);治疗后,甲组、乙组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),但甲组与乙组有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);甲组与乙组IL-6、CRP、TNF-α水平、腹胀、腹痛、I-FEED评分及胃肠功能恢复时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后甲组腹胀、腹痛、I-FEED评分与乙组比较明显降低(P<0.05);治疗后甲组与乙组IL-6、CRP、TNF-α水平及胃肠功能恢复时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:左升右降针法与传统针法对腹部术后胃肠功能的恢复均有显著疗效。左升右降针法在改善患者临床症状方面优于传统针法,且左升右降针法选穴少而精,能够减少患者痛苦,更益于接受。

Objective To explore the effect of left rising-right descending acupoints selection in treating gastrointestinal dysfunction in patients with Abdominal Operation.Method 90 Patients who underwent abdominal surgery in hepatobiliary surgery of our hospital were selected and divided into control group(30 cases),group A(30 cases)and group B(30 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional symptomatic therapy,group A was treated with left rising-right descending acupoints selection,and group B was treated with traditional acupuncture.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors index level and recovery time of gastrointestinal function were observed after treatment.Results After treatment in three groups,significant decreased were found in the scores of abdominal distension,abdominal pain,I-FEED and the level of IL-6,CRP,TNF-α(P<0.05).The effective rate of group A and group B was better than that of control group after treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between group A and group B(P>0.05).Compared with the group A and group B,there were significant differences in the level of IL-6,CRP,TNF-α,the scores of abdominal distension,abdominal pain,I-FEED and recovery time of gastrointestinal function(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of abdominal distension,abdominal pain and I-FEED in group A were significantly lower than those in group B(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of IL-6,CRP,TNF-αand recovery time of gastrointestinal function in group A and group B after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Both left rising-right descending acupoints selection and traditional acupuncture have significant effects on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after abdominal surgery.The treatment of left rising-right descending acupoints selection was better in relieving symptom than traditional acupuncture.The method of left ascending and right descending acupoints selection is less and more precise,which reduces the pain of patients and is more beneficial to acceptance.
