阿根廷社会关于当地华人的刻板印象探析——基于1476份问卷的实证研究

Exploring the Stereotypes about Chinese Diaspora in Argentine Society:An Empirical Study Based on 1476 Questionnaires

中国与阿根廷相互位于对跖点之上,遥远的地理距离让当地华人成为阿根廷社会中最为“远道而来”的族群。在近五十年中,随着阿根廷华人族群规模的增加、经济活动表现的活跃以及同当地人的不断接触,一系列有关华人族群的刻板印象在阿根廷人之间逐步生成并不断经历着调试。2022年是中阿建交的50周年,两国关系正步入前景更加广阔的新时期,在此背景下,了解与把握当地民众对华人刻板印象的内容、来源与影响对于进一步推动中阿关系发展,落实“民心相通”,塑造海外华人与中国良好形象有着重要意义。在中阿学者的共同合作下,本文围绕上述内容展开研究,基于随机抽样所获得的1476份问卷对阿根廷人所持有的关于当地华人的代表性刻板印象内容进行了收集与测量,并通过定量方法探索了相关内容的来源路径,实证了不同刻板印象内容对于群际距离以及对于中国国家好感生成的作用和影响。

China and Argentina are located on the antipodal point of each other,hence making the local Chinese the ethnic group coming from the most distant land in Argentine society.Over the past fifty years,the Argentines have come into closer contact with the local Chinese,and a series of characteristic stereotypes have thus been generated.The year 2022 marked the 50^(th)anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Argentina,and the relations between the two countries are entering a new period with broader prospects.In this context,it is of great significance to understand and grasp the content,sources and influences of the stereotypical impressions the Argentines hold about the Chinese people,in order to further promote the development of China-Argentina relations,foster“people-to-people bonds”,and shape a positive image of overseas Chinese and China.By collaborating with Argentine scholars,this paper,focusing on the above contents,collects and measures the representative stereotypes held by the Argentines about the Chinese in their society based on 1476 questionnaires obtained by random sampling,and explores the source path of relevant contents through quantitative methods,so as to empirically prove the roles and effects of different stereotype contents on intergroup distance and the generation of China’s national favorability.
