摘要
阐述对于大功率、大输出电流类型电源模块的测试工装设计,探讨电源模块的测试原理、传统电源模块与大功率、大输出电流的电源模块差异,以及测试中的问题。此工装设计在实践中得到成功应用。利用该设计实现大功率、大输出电流的电源模块高效测试。
This paper describes the design of testing fixtures for high-power and high output current type power modules, explores the testing principles of power modules, the differences between traditional power modules and high-power and high output current power modules, and issues in testing. This fixture design has been successfully applied in practice. Utilize this design to achieve efficient testing of high-power and high output current power modules.
