传统电压切换回路的风险分析

摘要 阐述一起因二次电压反充电,导致全站失压的事故,事故处理过程中的操作步骤,探讨因电压切换继电器辅助接点分合不到位,可能造成的电压异常的危险隐患,从运维人员操作规范、电压切换回路优化、监控刀闸辅助接点分析应对的措施方案,提出智能变电站在电压切换的优化操作。 This paper expounds an accident where the entire station lost voltage due to secondary voltage reverse charging, and the operational steps during the accident handling process. It explores the potential hazards of voltage anomalies caused by inadequate opening and closing of auxiliary contacts of voltage switching relays. From the perspective of operational standards for maintenance personnel, optimization of voltage switching circuits, and analysis of monitoring switch auxiliary contacts, measures and solutions are proposed to optimize the operation of intelligent substations in voltage switching.
