摘要
阐述自动化设备维修中采用单机监测、机群监测的故障诊断方法。在此基础之上应用故障诊断DANN模型,给机械自动化设备的振动信号加以分类,利用时域分解自动化设备的振动信号,精准确定自动化设备的振动监测点,加权处理自动化设备故障诊断信息熵的定位措施。
This paper expounds the fault diagnosis methods of using single machine monitoring and cluster monitoring in the maintenance of automation equipment. On this basis, the fault diagnosis DANN model is applied to classify the vibration signals of mechanical automation equipment. The vibration signals of automation equipment are decomposed in time domain, and the vibration monitoring points of automation equipment are accurately determined. Weighted processing is used to locate the fault diagnosis information entropy of automation equipment.
