摘要
阐述电梯刹车系统故障和特征,包括制动器卡垢、磨损问题,探讨电梯刹车系统故障数据的采集和处理方案,传感器的安装和数据采集、数据清洗和预处理、故障诊断和预测模型的建立,从而提高电梯运行的安全性和可靠性。
This paper expounds the faults and characteristics of elevator brake system, including the problems of brake scale and wear, discusses the collection and processing scheme of elevator brake system fault data, sensor installation and data collection, Data cleansing and pretreatment, fault diagnosis and prediction model establishment, so as to improve the safety and reliability of elevator operation.
