摘要
从碱值、氧化程度等方面对Mack T-12测试过程中油品性质变化进行了分析,探讨了油品劣质化过程中理化性质变化与发动机含铅部件腐蚀程度的关系。氧化峰高与铅含量变化呈线性关系,表明了油品劣质化是影响含铅金属腐蚀的重要因素。通过模拟实验考察了不同类型的清净剂和抗氧剂对油品抗腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,水杨酸盐清净剂抗腐蚀性能优于硫化烷基酚盐,优于磺酸盐。仲烷基ZDDP抗腐蚀性能优于长链伯烷基ZDDP,优于短链伯烷基ZDDP。二苯胺的抗腐蚀性能优于硫酚型抗氧剂,优于酚型抗氧剂。提高油品的碱储备能力、抗氧性能均有助于抑制油品劣化对含铅部件的腐蚀。
The changes in oil properties during the Mack T-12 testing process were analyzed from the aspects of alkali value,oxidation degree,etc.The relationship between the changes in physical and chemical properties during the process of oil degradation and the degree of corrosion of engine lead-containing components was explored.The linear relationship between the high oxidation peak and the change in lead content indicates that inferior oil quality is an important factor affecting the corrosion of lead containing metals.The effects of different types of detergents and antioxidants on the corrosion resistance of oil products were investigated through simulation experiments.The results show that the corrosion resistance of salicylate detergent is better than that of sulfurized alkylphenol salts and sulfonates.The corrosion resistance of secondary alkyl ZDDP is better than that of long chain primary alkyl ZDDP and short chain primary alkyl ZDDP.The corrosion resistance of diphenylamine is superior to that of thiophenol type antioxidants and phenolic type antioxidants.Improving the alkali storage capacity and antioxidant capacity of oil products can help to suppress the corrosion of lead containing components caused by oil degradation.
