微通道反应器内异壬醛连续氧化反应工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 以异壬醛为原料,乙酸锰为催化剂,在微通道反应器中连续氧化反应合成异壬酸,用气相色谱表征反应进程及反应产物组成。考察了异壬醛浓度,催化剂用量、氧气配比、停留时间、反应温度和压力等对反应的影响,适宜反应条件下为:w(异壬醛)=30%,催化剂用量10μg/g,n(O_(2)):n(原料)=1.2∶1,停留时间6.5 min,温度40℃,压力0.3 MPa。在此条件下,异壬酸收率大于95%。 Isononanoic acid was synthesized by continuous oxidation of isononaldehyde using manganese acetate as catalyst in a microchannel reactor with excellent mass and heat transfer performance.The reaction process and product composition were characterized by gas chromatography.The effects of the concentration of isononanal,catalyst,oxygen ratio,resident time,reaction temperature,and pressure on the reaction were performed.Under typical reaction conditions:30%of isononanal,10μg/g of catalyst,n(O_(2))∶n(material)=1.2∶1,6.5 min of resident time,40℃of reaction temperature and 0.3 MPa of pressure,the yield of isononanoic acid can reach over 95%.
