摘要
以聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT)作为刚性链段,四氢呋喃-氧化丙烯共聚二醇-1000(TPCG)作为柔性链段,采用酯化-熔缩法合成了聚酯橡胶PTT-TPCG,采用差示扫描量热法研究了聚酯橡胶PTT-TPCG的非等温结晶动力学。结果表明,随着TPCG含量的增加,聚酯橡胶PTT-TPCG的非等温结晶峰温(Tp)移向低温方向,且结晶半周期(t_(1/2))逐渐变小;聚酯橡胶PTT-TPCG的阿夫拉米指数值在0.9至1.82之间,说明其体系有着更为繁杂的结晶过程和结晶多维生长方式。聚酯橡胶PTT-TPCG中TPCG的引入影响了PTT的结晶,使得PTT-TPCG的晶粒尺寸变小,结晶变得不完善,有利于PTT-TPCG弹性地发挥。
Polyester rubber PTT-TPCG was synthesized by esterification-melting condensation method using poly(trimethylene terephthalate)(PTT)as the rigid segment and tetrahydrofuran-oxidized propylene glycol copolymer-1000(TPCG)as the flexible segment.The non-isothermal crystallization kinetics of the polyester rubber PTT-TPCG were investigated using differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The research results showed that with the increase in TPCG content,the non-isothermal crystallization peak temperature(T p)of the polyester rubber PTT-TPCG shifted towards lower temperatures,and the crystallization half-period(t_(1/2))gradually decreased.The Avrami index(n)of the polyester rubber PTT-TPCG ranged from 0.9 to 1.82,indicating a more complex crystallization process and multi-dimensional crystal growth.Therefore,it can be concluded that the introduction of TPCG in polyester rubber PTT-TPCG affects the crystallization of PTT,resulting in smaller grain size and incomplete crystallization,which contributes to its elasticity.
