肥胖对心血管血流动力学和心脏结构有不利影响,并增加房颤的患病率,肥胖导致心肌外膜脂肪的堆积与左心房电解剖重构有关。文章对肥胖介导房颤的作用机制,以及肥胖对房颤患者的不良预后影响进行综述。

Obesity has adverse effects on cardiovascular hemodynamics and cardiac structure,and increases the incidence of atrial fibrillation.Obesity leads to the accumulation of myocardial outer membrane fat and is associated with left atrial electrolytic remodeling.This article summarizes the mechanism of obesity mediated atrial fibrillation and the adverse prognosis of obesity in patients with atrial fibrillation through existing evidence.
