鼻咽癌患者中EB病毒抗体研究概述

Overview of Epstein-Barr virus antibody studies in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma

目的研究EB病毒(EBV)不同抗体在鼻咽癌患者中的阳性率,用于分析EBV抗体在鼻咽癌早期诊断中的价值。方法选择临床确诊为鼻咽癌患者的血清或血浆样本2068份进行检测,样本来自广东省(鼻咽癌高发区)不同地区。所有样本均进行EBV衣壳抗原免疫球蛋白A抗体(VCA-IgA)、早期抗原免疫球蛋白A抗体(EA-IgA)、早期抗原免疫球蛋白G抗体(EA-IgG)、核抗原1免疫球蛋白A(NA1-IgA)、壳抗原免疫球蛋白M抗体(VCA-IgM)抗体的检测,根据结果分析各抗体在鼻咽癌中早期诊断的价值。结果在鼻咽癌患者中,EBV抗体VCA-IgA、EA-IgA、EA-IgG、NA1-IgA、VCAIgM的阳性率分别为50.00%、33.22%、71.95%、50.00%、0.05%。结论EBV抗体VCA-IgA、EA-IgA、EA-IgG、NA1-IgA在鼻咽癌患者中保持较高的阳性率,对鼻咽癌的早期诊断有一定价值。VCA-IgM阳性率较低,对鼻咽癌早期诊断的价值需进一步验证。

【Objective】To study the positive rate of different Epstein-Barr virus(EBV)antibodies in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma,and to analyze the value of EBV antibodies in the early diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.【Methods】A total of 2068 serum or plasma samples from patients with clinically diagnosed nasopharyngeal carcinoma were selected for testing.The samples were from different regions of Guangdong Province(a high incidence area of nasopharyngeal carcinoma).All samples were tested for EBV VCA-IgA,EA-IgA,EA-IgG,NA1-IgA,VCA-IgM antibodies,and the value of each antibody in the early diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma was analyzed according to the results.【Results】In patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma,the positive rates of EBV antibodies VCA-IgA,EA-IgA,EA-IgG,NA1-IgA,and VCA-IgM were 50.00%,33.22%,71.95%,50.00%,and 0.05%,respectively.【Conclusion】EBV antibodies VCA-IgA,EA-IgA,EA-IgG,NA1-IgA maintain a high positive rate in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma,and have a certain value for the early diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.The positive rate of VCA-IgM is low,and its value in the early diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma needs to be further verified.
