精细化护理联合临床护理路径在单气囊小肠镜诊疗术中的应用

Application of fine nursing combined with clinical nursing pathway in diagnosis and treatment of single balloon enteroscopy

目的研究精细化护理联合临床护理路径对接受单气囊小肠镜诊疗术患者的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年12月在浙江省人民医院接受单气囊小肠镜诊疗的80例波伊茨-耶格综合征患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40)和实验组(n=40)。对照组进行常规护理干预,实验组则接受精细化护理联合临床护理路径干预,观察并比较两组患者的术后治疗护理效果。结果实验组术后腹痛腹胀情况、术后开始进食时间、住院天数等恢复指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组干预后的焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组,护理满意度与胃肠道生活质量指数(GIQLI)评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论单气囊小肠镜诊疗术中开展精细化护理联合临床路径能提高患者诊疗过程中的生活质量,对加速患者术后康复、减少住院天数有积极意义。

【Objective】To study the effect of fine nursing combined with clinical nursing pathway on patients undergoing single balloon enteroscopy.【Methods】Eighty cases of Peutz-Jeghers syndrome patients underwent single balloon enteroscopy diagnosis and treatment in Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and according to random number table method they were divided into control group and experimental group.The control group recieved routine nursing intervention,the experimental group received fine joint clinical nursing path care intervention,and the effect of postoperative treatment and nursing between the two groups was observed and compared.【Results】The recovery indexes of abdominal pain and distension,the time to start eating and the number of days in hospital in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);After intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the scores of nursing satisfaction and gastrointestinal quality of life index(GIQLI)were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The refined nursing combined with clinical pathway in single balloon enteroscopy can improve the quality of life of patients in the process of diagnosis and treatment,and has positive significance to accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation of patients and reduce the length of hospital stay.
