加味半夏白术天麻汤治疗高血压合并高脂血症的临床效果与安全性分析

Clinical effect and safety analysis of modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in treating hypertension with hyperlipidemia

目的探讨高血压合并高脂血症患者应用加味半夏白术天麻汤治疗的临床疗效和安全性。方法70例高血压合并高脂血症患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组患者应用西药常规治疗,观察组患者应用加味半夏白术天麻汤治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果,治疗前后的血压(收缩压、舒张压)、血脂指标(总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇)水平及中医症候积分,不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率94.29%高于对照组的77.14%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的收缩压、舒张压均低于本组治疗前,且观察组患者的收缩压(120.63±8.02)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)、舒张压(77.05±4.47)mm Hg均低于对照组的(145.21±10.70)、(89.68±6.09)mm Hg,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均低于本组治疗前,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平高于本组治疗前,且观察组患者的总胆固醇(5.12±1.03)mmol/L、甘油三酯(1.56±0.09)mmol/L、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(3.02±1.46)mmol/L均低于对照组的(5.79±1.42)、(2.24±0.22)、(4.23±1.0)mmol/L,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(1.40±0.29)mmol/L高于对照组的(0.99±0.05)mmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的中医症候积分低于本组治疗前,且观察组患者的中医症候积分(11.22±1.02)分低于对照组的(19.53±1.86)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应发生率5.71%低于对照组的22.86%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用加味半夏白术天麻汤治疗高血压合并高脂血症患者可发挥良好的治疗效果,可改善患者的血压水平,纠正血脂水平,同时可改善患者的中医症候积分,减少不良反应发生,建议在临床中广泛应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy and safety of modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in treating hypertension with hyperlipidemia.Methods A total of 70 patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia were divided into control group and observation group according to the random numerical table,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction.Both groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect,blood pressure(systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure),levels of blood lipid index(total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,high density lipoprotein cholesterol)and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score before and after treatment,and adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29%,which was higher than that of 77.14%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in both groups were lower than those before treatment in this group;the systolic blood pressure of(120.63±8.02)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)and diastolic blood pressure of(77.05±4.47)mm Hg in the observation group were lower than those of(145.21±10.70)and(89.68±6.09)mm Hg in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in both groups were lower than those before treatment in this group,and the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol was higher than that before treatment in this group;in the observation group,the total cholesterol was(5.12±1.03)mmol/L,the triglyceride was(1.56±0.09)mmol/L and the low density lipoprotein cholesterol was(3.02±1.46)mmol/L,which were lower than those of(5.79±1.42),(2.24±0.22)and(4.23±1.0)mmol/L in the control group;the high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)of(1.40±0.29)mmol/L in the observation group was higher than that of(0.99±0.05)mmol/L in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score in both groups was lower than that before treatment in this group,and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of(11.22±1.02)points in the observation group was lower than that of(19.53±1.86)points in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.71%,which was lower than that of 22.86%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction plays a good therapeutic effect in the treatment of patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia,which can improve the blood pressure level of patients,correct the blood lipid level,and improve the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of patients,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,so it is recommended to be widely used in clinical practice.
