背俞穴穴位贴敷对冠心病患者生活质量的意义分析

Significance of back-shu acupoint application on quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease

目的 分析背俞穴穴位贴敷对冠心病患者生活质量的意义。方法 选取60例冠心病患者为研究对象,随机分为试验组与对照组,各30例。对照组采取临床常规干预,试验组在对照组基础上采取背俞穴穴位贴敷。对比两组患者生活质量评分、中医症状评分、心绞痛评分及治疗效果。结果 试验组生活质量评分(42.67±4.29)分、中医症状评分(3.33±0.16)分、心绞痛评分(2.14±1.83)分均优于对照组的(31.11±3.23)、(5.27±0.21)、(5.59±1.92)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率86.67%高于对照组的60.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采取背俞穴穴位贴敷治疗冠心病患者效果显著,可改善患者的临床症状,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the significance of back-shu acupoint application on quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 60 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received clinical routine intervention,and the experimental group received back-shu acupoint application on the basis of the control group.The quality of life score,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,angina pectoris score and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results In the experimental group,the quality of life score was(42.67±4.29)points,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score was(3.33±0.16)points and the angina pectoris was(2.14±1.83)points,which were better than those of(31.11±3.23),(5.27±0.21)and(5.59±1.92)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 86.67%,which was higher than that of 60.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Back-shu acupoint application has significant effect on quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease,and can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
