刮痧联合康复训练对脑出血患者免疫功能及生活能力的影响

Effect of scraping combined with rehabilitation training on immune function and living ability in patients with cerebral hemorrhage

目的观察刮痧联合康复训练对脑出血患者免疫功能及生活能力的影响。方法将93例脑出血患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组46例予康复训练治疗,治疗组47例予刮痧联合康复训练治疗,2组均连续治疗2个月。比较2组治疗前后中医证候评分变化;比较2组治疗前后免疫功能水平变化;比较2组治疗前后肢体运动功能Fugl-Meyer(FMA)评分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、自主生活能力评定量表(ADL)评分变化。结果2组治疗后头痛、眩晕、肢体不遂、乏力评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组头痛、眩晕、肢体不遂、乏力评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、IgA、IgM水平均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组IgG、IgA、IgM水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后FMA评分、ADL评分均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),NIHSS评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组FMA评分、ADL评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论刮痧联合康复训练治疗脑出血,能改善患者临床症状和免疫功能,提高生活能力。

Objective To observe the effect of scraping combined with rehabilitation training on immune function and living ability in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Totally 93 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were randomly assigned to receive either rehabilitation training(the control group,n=46)or scraping combined with rehabilitation training(the treatment group,n=47)for 2 months.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom score,immune function,Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA),National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),Activities of Daily Living(ADL)were included as comparators.Results After treatment,TCM symptom(headache,dizziness,limb dysfunction,fatigue)scores in the two groups were significantly lower(P<0.05),which in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The immunoglobulin G(IgG),IgA,IgM in the two groups were significantly increased than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the increase was more pronounced in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Significantly increased the scores of FMA and ADL,and significantly decreased NIHSS scores were detected in the two groups compared with before treatment(all P<0.05),and the differences were significant in the scores of FMA,ADL,and NIHSS between groups(all P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with cerebral hemorrhage,scraping combined with rehabilitation training can improve clinical symptoms,immune function,and living ability.
