微型种植体支抗在正畸治疗中的应用效果观察

Observation on Application Effect of Micro-Implant Anchorage in Orthodontic Treatment

目的:探讨微型种植体支抗在正畸治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年3月—2022年3月广饶县人民医院收治的正畸患者198例作为研究对象,根据随机摸球法分为研究组与对照组,各99例。对照组采用常规正畸治疗,研究组采用微型种植体支抗治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.008)。治疗后,研究组菌斑指数、出血指数、牙龈指数低于对照组,咬合力和咀嚼效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:微型种植体支抗应用于正畸患者治疗中,可提高临床疗效,降低菌斑指数、出血指数及牙龈指数,改善咀嚼功能。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of micro-implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment.Methods:A total of 198 orthodontic patients admitted to the People's Hospital of Guangrao from March 2019 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into study group and control group according to random ball method,with 99 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional orthodontic treatment and the study group was given micro-implant anchorage treatment.The treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.008).After treatment,the plaque index,bleeding index and gingival index in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the bite force and chewing efficiency in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Micro-implant anchorage used in orthodontic patients can improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the plaque index,bleeding index and gingival index,and improve the chewing function.
