纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗重症肺部感染的效果分析

Effect of Bronchoalveolar Lavage with Flexible Bronchoscopy in Treatment of Severe Pulmonary Infection

目的:分析纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗重症肺部感染的效果。方法:选取2021年4月—2022年4月山东省夏津县人民医院收治的重症肺部感染患者72例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各36例。对照组采用机械通气治疗,观察组采用纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗。比较两组治疗效果、住院时间、临床症状缓解时间、血气指标。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.031)。观察组住院时间、临床症状缓解时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗后,观察组动脉血氧分压、血氧饱和度高于对照组,动脉血二氧化碳分压低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗重症肺部感染的效果显著,能够显著改善患者临床症状以及血气指标,缩短患者住院时间。

Objective:To analyze the effect of bronchoalveolar lavage with flexible bronchoscopy in the treatment of severepulmonary infection.Methods:From April 2021 to April 2022,72 patients with severe pulmonary infection who were treated in thePeople's Hospital of Xiajin County of Shandong Province were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control groupand observation group according to random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated withmechanical ventilation and the observation group was treated with bronchoalveolar lavage with flexible bronchoscopy.Thetreatment effect,length of hospital stay,time to relieve clinical symptoms,and blood gas indicators were compared between twogroups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with astatistically significant difference(P=0.031).The length of hospital stay and time to relieve clinical symptoms in the observationgroup were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After treatment,thearterial partial pressure of oxygen and oxygen saturation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,andthe arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The effect of bronchoalveolar lavage with flexible bronchoscopy in thetreatment of severe pulmonary infection is significant,is can significantly improve patients' clinical symptoms and blood gasindicators,and shorten the length of hospital stay.
