个性化切口设计在白内障患者中的应用效果观察

Application Effect Observation of Personalized Incision Design in Patients with Cataract

目的:探讨个性化切口设计在白内障患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年5月—2022年5月江阴光明眼科医院收治的白内障患者276例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各138例。观察组实施个性化切口设计白内障手术,对照组实施常规切口白内障手术。比较两组治疗效果。结果:术后3 d、1个月、3个月,观察组散光度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。术后,两组视力水平高于术前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组手术时间短于对照组,角膜内皮细胞密度、平均内皮细胞面积低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。术后,观察组生理机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、一般健康状况、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.010)。结论:个性化切口设计对白内障患者的应用效果显著,能够改善患者视觉质量及手术指标,提高其生活质量,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To explore the application effect of personalized incision design in patients with cataract.Methods:A total of276 patients with cataract admitted to Jiangyin Bright Eye Hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 138 cases in each group.The observation group received personalized incision design in cataract surgery and the control group received conventional incision in cataract surgery.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:At 3 d,1 month and 3months after surgery,the astigmatism in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After surgery,the visual acuity level in the two groups was higher than that before surgery,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The operation time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the corneal endothelial cell density and average endothelial cell area in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After surgery,the physiological function,physiological functioning,physical pain,general health status,energy,social function,emotional function,and mental health scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The complication incidence in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.010).Conclusion:The application effect of personalized incision design in cataract patients is remarkable,which can improve the visual quality and surgical indexes,improve their quality of life and reduce the incidence of complications.
