一种新型膝关节置换术后冷热敷用康复装置的设计与应用

摘要 目的:观察新型膝关节置换术后冷热敷用康复装置的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2021年6月在广东省第二中医院进行膝关节置换术的40例患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各20例。对照组采用常规冷热疗法治疗,观察组采用自行设计的新型膝关节置换术后冷热敷用康复装置进行治疗。比较两组疼痛评分、下肢肿胀程度、膝关节活动度。结果:术后24、48、72 h,观察组疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);术后24、48、72 h,观察组下肢肿胀度小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);术后24、48、72 h,观察组膝关节活动度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:膝关节置换术患者采用该文作者设计的冷热敷用康复装置的效果显著,可有效缓解疼痛及肿胀情况,加速膝关节功能恢复。 Objective:To observe the application effect of a novel rehabilitation device for cold and hot compress after knee joint replacement.Methods:A total of 40 patients who underwent knee joint replacement in Guangdong Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to June 2021 were selected as the study subjects and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group used traditional cold and hot therapy,while the observation group used self-designed rehabilitation device for cold and hot compress after knee joint replacement.The pain score,lower extremity swelling degree,and knee joint range of motion were compared between the two groups.Results:At 24 h,48 h and 72 h after surgery,the pain score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).At 24 h,48 h and 72 h after surgery,the lower extremity swelling degree in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).At 24 h,48 h and 72 h after surgery,the knee joint range of motion in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The use of hot and cold compress rehabilitation device designed by the author of this paper has a significant effect in patients after knee joint replacement,which can effectively relieve pain and swelling,and accelerate the recovery of knee joint function.
