甲氨蝶呤联合中药保守治疗异位妊娠的效果分析

Efficacy Analysis of Methotrexate Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Conservative Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的:探讨甲氨蝶呤联合中药保守治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年5月沭阳县中医院收治的异位妊娠患者42例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,各21例。对照组给予甲氨蝶呤治疗,试验组给予甲氨蝶呤联合中药保守治疗。比较两组治疗效果、血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)水平、孕酮(P)水平、不良反应发生情况、腹痛改善时间、住院时间。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.049)。治疗前,两组β-HCG、P水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月后,试验组β-HCG、P水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组腹痛改善时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:甲氨蝶呤联合中药可提升异位妊娠患者的治疗效果,改善患者血清β-HCG、P水平,缩短患者治疗时间,且不会增加不良反应。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of methotrexate combined with traditional Chinese medicine conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:A total of 42 patients with ectopic pregnancy treated in Shuyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 21 cases in each group.The control group was given methotrexate treatment and the experimental group was given methotrexate combined with traditional Chinese medicine conservative treatment.The clinical effects,serum levels of human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)and progesterone(P),adverse reactions,abdominal pain improvement time and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.049).Before treatment,there was no significant difference inβ-HCG and P levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the levels ofβ-HCG and P in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The abdominal pain improvement time and length of hospital stay in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The methotrexate combined with traditional Chinese medicine can improve the treatment effect in patients with ectopic pregnancy,improve the serum levels ofβ-HCG and P,shorten the treatment time of patients,and will not increase adverse reactions.
