慢性病规范管理在难治性高血压患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis on Application Effect of Standardized Management of Chronic Diseases in Patients with Refractory Hypertension

目的:探讨慢性病规范管理在难治性高血压患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1—6月密云区穆家峪卫生院收治的难治性高血压患者112例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=57)和研究组(n=55)。对照组实施常规管理,研究组实施慢性病规范管理。比较两组血压水平、干预效果、服药依从性。结果:干预前,两组收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组SBP、DBP低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组干预总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.008)。研究组服药依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论:慢性病规范管理在难治性高血压患者中的应用效果良好,能有效降低患者血压水平,提高患者服药依从性。

Objective:To explore the application effect of standardized management of chronic diseases in patients with refractory hypertension.Methods:A total of 112 patients with refractory hypertension admitted to the Mujiayu Health Center General Chinic of Miyun District from January 2020 to June 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group(n=57)and study group(n=55) according to random number table method.The control group was given routine management,and the study group was given standardized management of chronic diseases.The blood pressure levels,intervention effects,and medication compliance in the two groups were compared.Results:Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure(SBP) and diastolic blood pressure(DBP) between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the SBP and DBP in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of intervention in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.008).The medication compliance in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).Conclusion:Standardized management of chronic diseases has a good application effect in patients with refractory hypertension,which can effectively reduce the blood pressure level of patients,and improve the medication compliance of patients.
