健康体检人群幽门螺杆菌感染和代谢综合征检测指标的相关性研究

Correlation of Helicobacter Pylori Infection and Metabolic Syndrome Testing Indicators in Healthy Physical Examination Population

目的:探讨健康体检人群幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染与代谢综合征(MS)检测指标的相关性。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月—2021年12月于湘雅常德医院健康管理中心体检的成年人12 749例的临床资料,根据13C尿素呼气试验(13CUBT)结果分为Hp阳性组和Hp阴性组,比较两组MS患病率、基本资料、生化指标,分析Hp感染的独立危险因素。结果:12 749例健康体检成年人中,Hp阳性4 503例,Hp感染率为35.32%。Hp阳性组MS患病率高于Hp阴性组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.02)。年龄大、收缩压水平高、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平高为Hp感染的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:健康体检人群Hp感染率较高,与MS检测指标密切相关,包括收缩压、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平,控制血脂、血压等代谢指标有望降低Hp的感染风险。

Objective:To explore the correlation between Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection and metabolic syndrome(MS)testing indicators in healthy physical examination population.Methods:The clinical data of 12749 adults who received physical examination at the Health Management Center of Xiangya Changde Hospital from January 2018 to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the results of the 13C-urea breath test(13C-UBT),they were divided into Hp-positive group and Hp-negative group.The MS prevalence,basic data and biochemical indicators of the two groups were compared.The independent risk factors for Hp infection were analyzed.Results:Among the 12749 healthy adults undergoing physical examination,4503 cases were Hp positive,and the Hp infection rate was 35.32%.The prevalence of MS in the Hp-positive group was higher than that in the Hp-negative group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.02).Older age,high level of systolic blood pressure level,and high level of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol were independent risk factors for Hp infection(P<0.05).Conclusion:The high Hp infection rate in healthy physical examination population is closely related to MS testing indicators,including systolic blood pressure and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels.Controlling blood lipid,blood pressure and other metabolic indicators are expected to reduce the risk of Hp infection.
