Effect of Health Education on Community Infant Parents' Participation in Child Health Care

目的:分析健康教育对社区婴儿家长参与儿童保健的影响。方法:选取2022年1—12月苏州市吴中区社区的150名婴儿家长作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各75名。对照组采用常规社区干预,观察组给予健康教育。比较两组家长儿童保健知识评分及掌握情况、两组婴儿疫苗接种情况。结果:干预前,两组家长儿童保健知识评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组家长儿童保健知识评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组家长儿童保健知识总掌握率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.029)。观察组婴儿乙肝疫苗、脊髓灰质炎疫苗、百白破疫苗、麻疹腮腺炎风疹联合减毒活疫苗、流脑疫苗、轮状病毒疫苗接种率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育可提高家属儿童保健知识掌握率,提高婴儿疫苗接种率,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of health education on community infant parents'participation in child health care.Methods:A total of 150 infant parents in the community of Wuzhong District of Suzhou City from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 75 cases in each group.The control group used routine community intervention and the observation group was given health education.The child health care knowledge score and mastery of infant parents and the vaccination of infants were compared between the two groups.Results:Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of child health care knowledge score of infant parents between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of child health care knowledge score of infant parents in two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total mastery rate of child health care knowledge of infant parents in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.029).The infant vaccination rates of hepatitis B vaccine,polio vaccine,pertussis-diphtheria-tetanus vaccine,measles-rubella-mumps vaccine,epidemic menigitis vaccine and rotavirus vaccine in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education can improve the mastery rate of child health care knowledge of infant parents,and increase the vaccination rate of infants,which is worth promotion.
