摘要
核主泵一号密封现场运行期间,多次出现超出厂家运行维护手册要求的低泄漏流量极端工况。由于缺乏一号密封低泄漏量时的判断标准,在现场出现上述极端工况时,判断一号密封是否可靠存在很大困难。以100型核主泵双锥角静压轴封为试验样品,通过流固热耦合分析模型以及试验台架,从仿真计算、台架静态试验、台架动态试验等方面研究一号密封可承受的最小泄漏流量。通过试验后检查一号密封的完好性,提出了一号密封最小泄漏流量的推荐限值,为现场核主泵一号密封极限工况的运行标准提供重要参考。
During the on-site operation of No.1 seal of nuclear main pump,extreme condition of low leakage flow exceeding the requirement of the manufacture's operation and maintenance manual appeared several times.Due to the lack of a low leakage flow of No.1 seal judgement standard,in the field of extreme conditions,there is a great difficulty in judging whether the No.1 seals reliable.In this paper,the double cone angle shaft seal of type 100 nuclear main pump is used as the test sample.The minimum leakage flow of No.1 seal is studied by simulation calculation,static test and dynamic test.Through the test to check the integrity of the No.1 seal and the performance parameters under rated working conditions.The recommended limit leakage flow of No.1 seal is put forward,which provides important reference for the operation standard of No.1 seal limit condition of nuclear main pump.
