摘要
以活塞式蓄能器密封副压装过程为研究对象,提出一种数字化精密装配技术。由于蓄能器活塞装配密封件时不能直接判断其装配效果,创建预估装配力模型的方法。通过分析装配过程中装配力的摩擦系数、尺寸公差等,采用ANSYS对X形密封圈装配路径全程进行有限元分析。以仿真结果为基础,确立合格包络范围。该装配工艺方法采用数字化采集方法,可提高活塞式蓄能器装配效率和产品质量一致性,具有广泛应用前景。
In this paper,the piston accumulator seal sub-pressing process as the research object,a kind of digital precision assembly technology is proposed.Since the assembly effect of accumulator piston cannot be directly judged when assembling seals,this paper creates a method to estimate the assembly force model.By analyzing the friction coefficient and dimensional tolerance of the assembly force in the assembly process,ANSYS is used to carry out finite element analysis on the whole assembly path of X-shaped sealing ring.Based on the simulation results,the qualified envelope range is established.The assembly process method adopts digital acquisition method,which can improve the assembly efficiency of piston accumulator and product quality consistency,and has a wide application prospect.
