一种单向阀设计参数和工艺优化

摘要 某型号单向阀装配试验合格,放置一周后重新复测时发现开启压力不稳定,超出指标要求,不能满足实际使用工况。若将该单向阀装入系统中,会导致产品失效,整个系统不能正常循环运行,造成严重的质量问题。为了解决该问题,从产品结构和工艺特点进行原因分析,对导向面的配合间隙进行参数优化,对阀体的导向面与密封面进行工艺优化,提高产品的稳定性和可靠性。 The assembly test of a certain type of check valve is qualified,and it is found that the opening pressure is unstable when it is re-tested after a week's placement,which exceeds the requirements of the indicators and cannot meet the actual working conditions.If the check value is loaded into the system,it will lead to product failure,the whole system can not run normally,resulting in serious quality problems.In order to solve this problem,this paper analyzes the reasons from the product structure and process characteristics,and optimizes the parameters of the clearance of the guide surface,and optimizes the process of the guide surface and the sealing surface of the value body to improve the stability and reliability of the product.
