摘要
针对某双缸起竖液压系统同步性超差问题进行了故障树分析,提出利用液压原理图故障诊断方法进行快速排故的策略,并通过试验方式验证了排故策略的准确性,归纳了液压系统排故维护的方法技巧,提升了保障人员对液压系统的排故能力。
Based on the fault tree analysis of the synchronous overshoot of a double-cylinder vertical hydraulic system,an efficient troubleshooting strategy using the hydraulic schematic fault diagnosis is proposed.The accuracy of the troubleshooting strategy method is verified by the experiment system.Therefore,the methods and skills of troubleshooting maintenance of the hydraulic system are summarized,which significantly improves the troubleshooting ability of the support personnel for hydraulic system.
