摘要
法学教育协同育人符合高等教育发展、人才培养供给侧改革与促进法律职业共同体建设的需要。校园法庭是法官工作室进驻校园、实现法学教育与法律实务部门深度融合协作的一种工作机制。这一机制能够回应法学教育协同育人工作中的目标不明确、协同育人理念存在偏差、协同活动体系性不足以及长效机制欠缺等问题。校园法庭机制的构建,应秉持深度融合、全面合作与共赢的原则,完善组织机构与长效保障机制,指定具体负责人员,开展丰富而有实效的协同工作。
Collaborative education of legal education meets the needs of the development of higher education,supply-side reform of talent training and the construction of legal professional community.Campus court is a working mechanism in which judges'studios are stationed on campus to realize deep integration and collaboration between legal education and legal practice departments.This mechanism can respond to the problems of unclear goal,deviation of understanding of collaborative education,insufficient system of collaborative activity and lack of long-term mechanism in collaborative education of legal education.The construction of campus court mechanism should adhere to the principle of deep integration,comprehensive win-win cooperation,improve the organization structure and long-term mechanism of guarantee,designate specific responsible personnel,and carry out rich and effective collaborative work.
