Research on the Protection,Inheritance and Development of Hebei Dialect Culture

在新形势下,方言文化应如何保护、传承与开发是一个新课题。河北省方言种类多样,方言文化资源丰富。立足于河北方言文化现状,并结合调查分析,以体系构建为旨归,提出六条路径建议:制定语言规划、依靠教育体系、融入公共文化服务体系、拓展开发利用体系、构建交流传播体系、形成协同研究体系,以期为方言文化的保护、传承与开发提供有益的借鉴与参考。

In the new situation,the research on the protection,inheritance and development of dialect culture is a new topic.Hebei Province is rich in dialects and dialect cultural resources.Based on the current situation of Hebei dialect culture,combined with investigation and analysis,and with the purpose of system construction,this article proposes six path suggestions for language planning,relying on the education system,integrate into the public cultural service system,expanding the development system,constructing a communication and dissemination system,and forming a research system,with a view to providing some reference and reference for the protection,inheritance and development of dialect culture.
