摘要
基于理想产品剖面法,招募了60名有“以油养肤”产品使用经历的上海女性消费者评价9款测试产品,评价产品的各感官属性强度,勾选出理想产品的各属性感官强度,并评价各测试产品的整体喜好度。测试结果显示,该60名消费者评价产品的感官强度和喜好度具有良好的组内一致性和个体一致性,勾勒的理想产品感官属性剖面具有唯一性。统计计算得出的理想产品剖面(理想产品各属性的强度值)可以作为“以油养肤”产品改善方向的依据。
To collect consumers’feedback in a relatively short period,Ideal Profile Method can rapidly and effectively evaluate sensory attributes and liking degree.60 female consumers in Shanghai,who have the use experience of“nourish skin with oil”products,were invited to evaluate 9 products.The intensity of each sensory attribute of the test product was evaluated,and therefore the intensity of each sensory attribute for ideal product was profiled,and the liking score of each test product was obtained.The test results show that,the sensory intensity and liking score of the test product as evaluated from the 60 consumers have good consistency both at the panel level and at the consumer level,and the ideal product profile is unique.Therefore,the profile of ideal product can be considered as the direction of product optimization.
