基于校地校企合作探索多主体协同育人的策略及路径

摘要 介绍了国内外校地校企合作的模式和研究现状,明确了多主体协同育人是我国现阶段高质量发展的需要,是高校人才培养的重要途径和有效方式;指出了传统人才培养模式存在的不足和问题,并提出多主体协同育人的3个重要组成部分;最终提出校地校企协同人才培养是“产学研用”创新发展背景下育人机制创新的重要形式,是高校实现高质量人才培育目标的关键,符合新发展格局下创新应用型人才培养的需要,是教育教学改革发展到一定阶段的必然产物。 The mode and research status of school-locality and school-enterprise cooperations were introduced.It was confirmed that multi-subject collaborative education was the need of high-quality development in our country,and it was an important and effective way to cultivate inter-disciplinary practical talents.The shortcomings and problems in traditional mode were pointed out.Three important components of multi-subject collaborative education were proposed.It was concluded that school-locality and school-enterprise collaborative talent training was an important form of education-mechanism innovation under the background of“Industry-University-Research-Application”innovative development,and it was the key to achieving the goal of high-quality talent cultivation in universities.It met the needs of innovative and application-oriented talent cultivation under the dual circulation and it was the inevitable outcome of the development of education and teaching reform to a certain stage.
