摘要
本研究分析了热处理工艺中淬火水温对LC9铝合金锻件金相组织、力学性能的影响作用。结果表明,淬火水温控制在25℃~60℃范围时,LC9铝合金锻件具有较好的力学性能及金相组织,该研究为LC9锻件的热处理工艺提供了数据积累。
This study evaluates the effect of quenching water temperature on microstructure and property of LC9 aluminum alloy forging.The results show that when the quenching water temperature is controlled at 25℃~60℃ LC9 aluminum alloy forging has good mechanical properties and microstructure.It provides data accumulation for the heat treatment process of forging.
