摘要 物流行业作为国民经济的支柱性产业,在数字技术的推动下对高端数字化技能人才的需求日益加大。本文在分析物流行业数字技能变迁的基础上,构建了基于物流领域作业点场景、业务网场景和产业链场景的物流专业技术技能人才通用、专业和复合的“三层次”数字技能架构,并进一步提出在物流专业技术技能人才的培养体系中,应按照数字技能架构,明确中等、高等和本科职业教育在数字技术技能人才培养中的定位和任务,实现物流专业技术技能人才数字技能的一体化设计和培养,以满足物流行业的高端数字化技能人才需求。 As a pillar industry of the national economy,the logistics industry is in increasing demand for high-end digital talents driven by digital technology.Based on an⁃alyzing digital skills changes in the logistics industry,this paper constructs a three-level digital skills framework of general,professional,and compound for logistics technical tal⁃ents based on a job site,business network,and industry chain scenario.It is further pro⁃posed that in the training system of logistics professional technical skill talents,the posi⁃tioning,and tasks of secondary,higher,and undergraduate vocational education in the training of digital technical skill talents should be clarified according to the digital skill framework,realizing the integrated design and training of digital skills of logistics profes⁃sional technical skill talents to meet the demand of high-end digital skilled talents in logistics industry.
