“一带一路”倡议背景下中国-埃及产能合作:现状、挑战及对策

Study on the Status,Challenges and Strategies of China-Egypt Production Capacity Cooperation in the Context of the“Belt and Road”Initiative

近年来,“一带一路”倡议下的产能合作在多方面取得积极进展,合作规模迅速扩大,合作方式多种多样,合作机制不断完善。埃及拥有潜力巨大的国内市场、规模庞大的劳工队伍和得天独厚的地理优势。随着中国与埃及合作的逐步深入,中国-埃及产能合作已成为中埃两国合作的主要方式。中埃通过双边贸易、对外直接投资、工程承包等途径开展产能合作,取得了一定成效且具有较大发展空间,但同时也面临埃及经济环境、社会环境、制度环境中诸多不利因素带来的风险和挑战。文章基于国际产能合作的内涵,分析了中埃两国产能合作现状,聚焦中国与埃及产能合作面临的风险与挑战,进而提出了相应的对策建议。

In recent years,production capacity cooperation under the“Belt and Road”initiative has made considerable progress in many aspects,with the scale of cooperation expanding rapidly,the modes of cooperation being diversified,and mechanism for cooperation being improved continuously.Egypt has a domestic market with huge potential,a large-scale labor force and unique geographical advantages.With the deepening of cooperation between China and Egypt,production capacity has become the major field of cooperation between the two countries.Furthermore,the bilateral cooperation has yielded fruitful results through bilateral trade,foreign direct investment,engineering contracting and other channels,with significant development potential.However,there are also risks and challenges brought by various unfavorable factors in Egypt's economic,social,and institutional environment.Accordingly,based on the connotation of international production capacity cooperation,the thesis aims to explore the current status of China-Egypt cooperation in production capacity,as well as the risks and challenges it faced,and proposes corresponding suggestions.
