湖北省中药产业科技创新发展研究

Research on Sci&tech Innovation and Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)Industry in Hubei Province

生命健康产业是国家重点扶持的战略性新兴产业,是实施“健康中国”战略的重要抓手,而中药产业是我国生命健康产业的重要组成部分。文章系统梳理了湖北省中药科技创新发展现状,包括湖北省中药产业创新发展的自然基础、中药科技创新平台建设概况、湖北省中药科技创新产出等方面,分析了湖北省中药产业科技创新发展中存在的问题:中药科技创新相关政策、科技创新平台建设有待加强,中药科技创新产出不够突出、中医药创新发展的高层次人才队伍规模不够。并针对具体问题提出了创新中医药科技发展政策,厚植中医药科技创新的政策基础;强化中药科技创新平台建设,完善中药科技创新体系;发挥湖北省中药资源特色,促进优势领域科技创新;强化产学研医结合,促进中药科技创新成果转化等具体建议。

The life and health industry is a strategic emerging industry supported by the state,and a vital lever for implementing the“Healthy China”strategy.The TCM industry is a key component of China's life and health industry.Accordingly,the article systematically reviews the current status of innovation and development of TCM in Hubei Province,including its natural foundation,the status of the construction of innovation platforms,and the output of sci&tech innovation.It was found that the major issues that hinder the development of TCM are various,including the imperfect policies related to sci&tech innovation and the construction of innovation platforms,the insufficient output of sci&tech innovation,and the scarcity of high-level talents.In response to the above-mentioned issues,it was proposed to innovate policies for the development of TCM and lay a solid policy foundation for innovation in TCM;Strengthen the construction of innovation platforms and perfect the innovation system;Leverage the characteristics of TCM resources in Hubei and encourage technological innovation in advantageous fields;Promote the integration of industry-universityresearch-medicine,so as to accelerate the transformation of innovative achievements in TCM.
