地方理工类高校科技成果转化路径选择

Study on the Path for the Transformation of Scientific and Technological(Sci&Tech)Achievements in Local Universities of Technology

文章以东莞理工学院为例,从深化科技体制改革、构建技术转移团队、完善技术转移制度、拓展技术转移业务等方面出发,对高校科技成果评价体系建立、无形资产评估及高校科技成果产业化价值链构建进行探究,在深入分析地方理工类高等院校科技成果转化的现状及问题基础上,提出了地方理工类高校科技成果转化的路径和发展模式选择,并就促进地方理工类高校科技成果转化应用、提升地方理工类高校服务经济社会发展能力提出了若干建议。

Taking Dongguan University of Technology as an example,this article explores the establishment of an evaluation system of sci&tech achievements of universities,the assessment of intangible asset,and the construction of a value chain for the industrialization of sci&tech achievements in universities,from the aspects of deepening the reform of the sci&tech system,building a technology transfer team,perfecting the technology transfer system,and expanding the technology transfer business.Based on a thorough analysis of the current status and issues,the path and development mode for the transformation of sci&tech achievements are put forward,and several suggestions on promoting the transformation and application of sci&tech achievements in local technology universities and enhancing their ability to serve economic and social advancement are proposed in the end.
