基于SEM与IPA模型的高校后勤物业宿管服务质量评价——以福建农林大学旗山校区为例

Research on the Evaluation of the Quality of Logistics and Property Management Services in Universities Based on SEM and IPA Models——Taking Qishan Campus of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University as an Example

构建高校后勤物业宿管服务质量评价体系,有效评估高校后勤物业宿管服务水平,对推动高校后勤社会化改革和建设与高质量教育体系相匹配的后勤物业管理体系具有重要意义。文章通过构建后勤物业宿管服务质量评价SERVQUAL(Service Quality,服务质量)模型评价指标体系,以福建农林大学旗山校区为例,通过问卷调查,运用结构方程模型和重要性-表现分析相结合的方法,对福建农林大学旗山校区后勤物业宿管服务质量进行了实证分析和评价,并根据评价结果,对不同区域指标分布的具体情况提出了相应策略。

Effectively evaluating the quality of logistics and property management services in universities is of great significance for promoting the socialization reform of logistics and building a system that matches the high-quality educational system.Accordingly,the article aims to construct an evaluation index system of SERVQUAL to assess the quality of the logistics and property management services of Qishan campus of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University,with the help of questionnaires,structural equation modeling as well as importance-performance analysis.According to the results,corresponding strategies have been proposed for the specific distribution of indicators in different regions.
