地方高校大型仪器开放共享实践与成效

Practice and Effectiveness of Open Sharing of Large Instruments in Local University

大型科研仪器是高校人才培养水平及科研实力的重要体现。随着国家对教育经费投入的加大,高校大型仪器设备的种类和数量逐年增加,但也普遍存在私有化、使用率低、效益低等问题。以大连工业大学为例,介绍大型仪器开放共享的工作思路以取得的成效,以期为同层次地方高校大型仪器管理工作提供借鉴。

The large scientific research instruments are important embodiment of the talent training level and scientific research strength of colleges.With the increase of national investment in education,the types and quantities of large instruments increase year by year,but there are also widespread problems such as privatization,low utilization rate and low efficiency.Taking Dalian Polytechnic University as an example,this paper introduces the working ideas and the results of open sharing of large instruments,in order to provide reference for universities at the same level.
