摘要
锌是人体必需的微量元素,具有非常重要的生理功能。因此高选择的识别和有效检测Zn^(2+)很有意义。合成和表征了一种识别锌离子的苯并噻唑类荧光增强型探针YH2,并研究了它的光谱性质。实验结果表明,YH2对Zn^(2+)具有较高的选择性,抗干扰能力强(特别是Cd^(2+)),它对Zn^(2+)的检出限为9.75×10^(-9)mol/L。YH2与Zn^(2+)之间的结合比为1∶1,响应快速(3 min),并伴随着溶液的荧光颜色由无色向黄绿色的转变。YH2可以有效监测pH 5.0~9.0范围内Zn^(2+)的浓度变化,在不同水样中对Zn^(2+)的检测表明它在环境污染监测领域将具有潜在的应用价值。
Zinc is an essential trace element in the human body and it has very important physiological functions so that highly selective recognition and effective detection of Zn^(2+)are meaningful.A benzothiazole-based turn-on fluorescent probe YH2 for the detection of Zn^(2+)was synthesized and characterized,and its spectral properties had been investigated.The results showed that YH2 is highly selective to Zn^(2+),it has strong anti-interference ability(especially for Cd^(2+)),and the detection limit for Zn^(2+)was 8.75×10^(-9)mol/L.YH2 can be coordinated with Zn^(2+)in 1∶1 ratio and responded rapidly(3 min),accompanied by the transformation of the fluorescent color of the solution from colorless to yellowish green.YH2 can effectively monitor the change of Zn^(2+)concentration within the pH range of 5.0~9.0,and the detection of Zn^(2+)in various water samples demonstrated that it has potential application in the monitoring of environmental pollution.
