非编码RNA对强直性脊柱炎的调控机制研究进展

Research progress on regulatory mechanism of non⁃coding RNA in ankylosing spondylitis

强直性脊柱炎(AS)是一种慢性进行性炎症性免疫疾病,该病主要累及脊柱与骶髂关节等,晚期致残率高。目前,由于该病的发病机制尚不明确,其治疗靶点不明确,干预措施未达成共识。因此,进一步探究其该病的发生机制对临床运用具有一定的指导意义。与此同时,非编码RNA可调节蛋白质翻译,参与了AS的生理病理变化,与AS的进展密切相关,其内在的作用机制及潜在靶点值得深入研究。本文总结了非编码RNA通过调控骨代谢、炎症反应、细胞死亡与自噬途径参与AS的研究进展,以期为探索AS的的临床潜在诊断标志物及治疗靶点提供理论依据。

Ankylosing spondylitis(AS)is a chronic and progressive inflammatory immune disease,which mainly involves the spine and sacroiliac joints,etc.,with a high rate of late disability.At present,with the uncertainty of the pathogenesis and ther⁃apeutic target of the disease,no consensus has been reached on the intervention measures.Therefore,further investigation of the pathogenesis of the disease has certain guiding significance for clinical application.At the same time,non⁃coding RNA can regulate protein translation,participate in the physiological and pathological changes of AS,and is closely related to the progress of AS.Its internal mechanism of action and potential targets are worthy of further study.This paper summarized the research progress of the involvement of non⁃coding RNA in AS through the regulation of bone metabolism,inflammatory response,cell death and autopha⁃gy pathways,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the exploration of potential clinical diagnostic markers and therapeutic tar⁃gets of AS.
