基于特征气体和比值准则的RAPO植物油变压器故障诊断方法 被引量:4

摘要 植物油变压器具有优良的耐火性能、环保性能和电气性能,是未来充油变压器的发展方向。现有的故障诊断方法仅针对其纯电气故障或热故障,少有电热故障诊断方法研究。为此,文中针对植物油变压器,提出一种基于特征气体和比值准则的变压器故障诊断方法。首先,建立了一个用于研究电热故障的实验台;然后,根据植物油的电热故障实验和产气数据,研究了植物油在纯电气故障、纯热故障和复合电热故障下的生成气体特性,得出了产气规律;最后,结合故障气体生成规律,建立了一种新的比值准则,基于此提出了植物油变压器故障诊断方法。研究结果可为植物油变压器故障诊断方法的建立和植物油变压器的实际应用提供参考。 The vegetable oil transformer has excellent fire resistance,environmental protection and electrical performance,and is the development direction of oil filled transformer in the future.The existing fault diagnosis methods only focus on the pure electrical or thermal fault,and there are seldom researches on electro-thermal fault diagnosis method.Therefore,as for the vegetable oil transformer,a kind of fault diagnosis method of vegetable oil transformer based on characteristic gas and ratio criterion was proposed.First,an experimental platform for the study of electro-thermal fault was set up.Then,according to the electro-thermal fault experiment and gas production data of vegetable oil,the gas generation characteristics of vegetable oil under pure electrical fault,pure thermal fault and composite electro-thermal fault were studied and the gas generation were obtained.Finally,a new ratio criterion was set up in combination with the fault gas generation and,on this bases,the fault diagnosis method of vegetable oil transformer was proposed.The research results can provide reference for the set up of fault diagnosis method and the practical application of vegetable oil transformer.
