摘要 稀土荧光粉在照明和显示领域拥有广阔的前景和进展,而铕离子掺杂氧化钇(Y_(2)O_(3)∶Eu^(3+))是一种重要的红色发光材料。由于不同工艺制备的荧光粉在形态和微观结构具有不同的特性,其微观结构直接影响发光的性能,本文详细介绍了Y_(2)O_(3)∶Eu^(3+)荧光粉的体心立方相结构和各类制备方法。通过综述国内外的研究状况,总结了Y_(2)O_(3)∶Eu^(3+)荧光粉的制备方法,并且对存在的问题和发展趋势进行了分析和展望。 Rare earth phosphors have broad prospects and progress in the field of lighting and display,and europium-doped ytrium oxide(Y_(2)O_(3):Eu^(3+))is an important red luminescent material.Because the phosphor prepared by different processes has different characteristics in morphology and microstructure,and its microstructure directly affects the luminescence performance,the body-centered cubic phase structure and various preparation methods ofY_(2)O_(3):Eu^(3+)phosphor are introduced in detail in this paper.The preparation methods ofY_(2)O_(3):Eu^(3+)phosphor was summarized by summarizing the research status at home and abroad,and the existing problems and development trend were analyzed and prospected.
